Register Online & Apply for Financial Assistance

Summer camp application opens February 1, 2025.

IMPORTANT: Once you enter the Active system to start the application, this process will take you through both the program registration and the financial assistance application process. A spot will be saved in camp for the applicant. You do not need to register for any additional programs.

Here’s what you’ll need to complete this application:

  • A digital copy of your most recent 1040 tax return or other proof of income. We ask you to e-mail that to us as part of the application process.
  • Immunization information for children under 18. If they are not immunized, you will have the option to indicate that. If you do not have the record available, you may send it to us later.
  • Credit card or Paypal account to make a nonrefundable $50 deposit. This amount will be applied toward tuition after your award is made.
  • How to start the process: Click the button below, select the Financial Assistance Application, and click “Continue” on the right-hand side of the page to proceed to the next step. You’ll choose the program you’re registering for as part of the process.

Once financial assistance is awarded, we’ll email you your award along with information about how to pay the remaining tuition.

All applicants are given equal consideration without regard to race, creed, or sexual orientation. Scholarship recipients are requested to volunteer between 5 and 10 hours of work for mailings, fundraisers, and other opportunities.
